OCR: In January, the band recorded four new songs for a third Peel session, their first as New Order. Different versions of all four songs ater appeared on New Order's first album, "Movement." Prior to the release of their debut LP, New Order released "Procession" b/w "Everything's Gone Green." Both songs were departures from New Order's previous style and boasted an increased use of keyboards. The album "Movement," produced by Martin Hannett, was highly criticized because its sound was too similar to Joy Division's. The band was equally displeased with the record and considered re-recording the entire album, but they did not have enough funding.
